Rev. Dr. Sheila McKeithen
Sheila McKeithen was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. She defied the odds in 1986 when her doctors predicted that she had less than six days to live. Prior to ministry, she was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida. She then answered the call to minister in Kingston, Jamaica for what was supposed to be a 6-month assignment which now spans over 25 years. In 2013, she was elected by the UFBL Board of Directors to be the 3rd President of the organisation making her the first elected President of the Universal Foundation for Better Living and Dean of the Johnnie Colemon Theological Seminary.

Naudia Sinclair became a licensed UFBL Teacher in 2018 and has previously been on the Board of Directors for UC Truth. She has been a fully qualified and practicing Attorney-at-law for over 25 years specialising in Commercial Real Estate and Conveyancing Law. She also works as General Counsel with one of the largest holders of real estate in Jamaica. She is the founder and leader of the multiple award-winning fitness ministry, UCT Steppas – UC Truth’s physical fitness ministry.

Conroy B. Wilson
Licensed UFBL Teacher
Conroy B. Wilson became a licensed UFBL Teacher in 2021. He has previously been on the Board of Directors for UC Truth and currently serves as Executive Producer of our Worship Celebrations. He is a masterful creative producer, musical director, and professional development coach. He is a founding member and currently the Executive Director of The ASHE Company, an Entertainment, Theatre Arts, Social Development & Production Company. He is a songwriter and arranger and the co-author with Michael Holgate of the self-help book “Your Empowerment GPA.”
Michael Holgate
Licensed UFBL Teacher
Michael Holgate became a licensed UFBL Teacher in 2021 and currently serves as Creative Support of our Worship Celebrations. He is currently the Head of the Philip Sherlock Centre for the Creative Arts at the UWI and also the Artistic Director of The ASHE Company. His body of work includes writing, directing, and choreographing films, musicals, and a TV Series. In his creative partnership “Joy Mechanics,” He and Michael Sean Harris produced 2 albums, staged a World-Alternative music and arts festival- ‘Gungo Walk’ and put music to the UFBL’s Statement of Faith.
Shannah Wickham

Shannah Wickham became a licensed UFBL Teacher in 2021 and currently serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors. She is an ambitious go-getter with a natural love for acquiring knowledge and facilitating learning for others. She’s the very proud mother of Israel, an Academic Coach, and Principal among many other titles. She epitomises and is a true testament to the power of imagination.
Michael Sean Harris

Michael Sean Harris became a licensed UFBL Teacher in 2021 and currently serves as Multimedia Producer of our Worship Celebrations. He has been a member of The Little People and Teen Players Club and a founding member of Ashe Caribbean Performing Arts Ensemble. He serves as Board Secretary and Foundation Director for the Ashe Company. In his creative partnership “Joy Mechanics,” He and Michael Holgate produced 2 albums, staged a World-Alternative music and arts festival- ‘Gungo Walk’ and put music to the UFBL’s Statement of Faith.
