Scripture Reading – John 14:1-10 (Voice)
Jesus: Don’t get lost in despair; believe in God, and keep on believing in Me. My Father’s home is designed to accommodate all of you. If there were not room for everyone, I would have told you that. I am going to make arrangements for your arrival. I will be there to greet you personally and welcome you home, where we will be together. You know where I am going and how to get there.
Thomas: Lord, we don’t know where You are going, so how can we know the path?
Jesus: I am the path, the truth, and the energy of life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. If you know Me, you know the Father. Rest assured now; you know Him and have seen Him.
Philip: Lord, all I am asking is that You show us the Father.
Jesus (to Philip): I have lived with you all this time, and you still don’t know who I am? If you have seen Me, you have seen the Father. How can you keep asking to see the Father? 10 Don’t you believe Me when I say I abide in the Father and the Father dwells in Me? I’m not making this up as I go along. The Father has given Me these truths that I have been speaking to you, and He empowers all My actions.

Reflect on your current behaviors, thoughts, feelings, actions, and reactions. Identify those that you believe would be incompatible with the values and principles of the Kingdom of God. Write them down and commit to consciously eliminating or transforming them daily. This practice aims to cultivate a Kingdom of God consciousness in your life here and now.
Guidelines:
Self-Reflection: Consider aspects such as negative thoughts, harmful behaviors, unkind words, or reactions driven by anger or fear.
- Documentation: List these identified areas in your Lenten journal.
- Daily Practice: Each day, focus on one or more items from your list. Implement strategies to eliminate or transform these aspects, such as prayer, meditation, seeking guidance from Scripture, or consulting with a spiritual mentor.
- Progress Evaluation: Regularly assess your progress. Reflect on the changes in your thoughts, behaviors, and overall mindset as you align more closely with Kingdom principles.
