“Now a man of the house of Levi [the priestly tribe] went and took as his wife a daughter of Levi. The woman conceived and gave birth to a son; and when she saw that he was [especially] beautiful and healthy, she hid him for three months [to protect him from the Egyptians]. When she could no longer hide him, she got him a basket (chest) made of papyrus reeds and covered it with tar and pitch [making it waterproof]. Then she put the child in it and set it among the reeds by the bank of the Nile.”

Exodus 2:1-3 AMP

Many people spend their life searching for their purpose. Yet, like Moses, God has positioned us from an incredibly early age for its fulfilment. It’s up to us to find our “burning bush” and pursue it. You were created on purpose, for a purpose, and with a purpose.

“We are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.”

Ephesians 2:10 NIV

  1. Everything about your life – from your parents to where born, your upbringing, schooling and everything else – carries the divine stamp – ”positioned for purpose.”

Your purpose will unfold as you obey the daily prompting and guidance (positioning and repositioning) of the Holy Spirit.

That which inspires or enrages you are clues to your purpose.

  2. There are aspects of your personality that must die for you to fulfil your purpose. We must die daily to the habit of being ourselves.

“God made your life to matter. You are not an accident; you have a significant purpose.”
